Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or engaging the services of Luxoria Atelier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services, consultations, events, and transactions provided by Luxoria Atelier, operating in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

1. Scope of Services

Luxoria Atelier specializes in luxury catering, culinary experiences, and event-related services, including but not limited to corporate functions, private celebrations, weddings, diplomatic receptions, cultural events, and themed experiences. Services may include menu design, food preparation, service staff coordination, culinary execution, and event support, as agreed upon in writing for each engagement.

2. Consultations & Proposals

All events begin with an initial consultation. Following this, a customized proposal outlining services, scope, timelines, and estimated pricing may be provided. Proposals are valid for a limited time and are subject to availability. No services are confirmed until written acceptance and required deposits are received.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable federal and provincial taxes, including GST and QST, will be applied in accordance with Quebec and Canadian law. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, menu selections, staffing needs, venue requirements, and additional services requested.

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates and services. Cancellation timelines and any applicable fees will be outlined in the event agreement. Cancellations made within a specified period prior to the event may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments due to preparation, staffing, and supplier commitments.

5. Guest Count & Final Details

Final guest count, menu confirmation, and event details must be provided by the agreed deadline prior to the event date. This number will be used for staffing, food preparation, and billing purposes. Increases after confirmation may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

6. Food Safety & Dietary Information

Luxoria Atelier follows applicable food safety standards and best practices in Quebec and Canada. Clients are responsible for informing Luxoria Atelier of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements in advance. While care is taken, Luxoria Atelier cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Venues & Third-Party Partners

When services are performed at third-party venues or partner locations, Luxoria Atelier is not responsible for venue-related restrictions, limitations, damages, or failures outside of its direct control. Any venue rules, permits, or insurance requirements remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Staffing & Event Conduct

Luxoria Atelier reserves the right to withdraw staff or terminate service in cases of unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate conduct by guests or third parties. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
