Luxoria Atelier is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its clients, partners, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected in compliance with applicable laws, including Quebec’s Law 25 and Canadian privacy regulations.

Personal information may be collected when clients contact Luxoria Atelier, request a consultation, submit an inquiry, sign a service agreement, or engage services. This information may include names, contact details, event information, billing details, and any other information necessary to provide services.

Personal information is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, delivering services, processing payments, and fulfilling legal or contractual obligations. Luxoria Atelier does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Luxoria Atelier operates on a reservation-based model, requiring advance planning, staffing, and supplier commitments. For this reason, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any event date, services, and preparation. This deposit covers administrative work, planning, and preliminary commitments.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation timelines and any applicable remaining balances are outlined in the service agreement provided for each event.

Cancellations made within a short period prior to the event date may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments due to incurred costs, staffing allocations, ingredient procurement, and vendor obligations.

Refunds are not issued for events canceled due to changes in client preferences, guest attendance, or circumstances within the client’s control.

In cases where Luxoria Atelier is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event or apply credits where appropriate.

All refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed using the original payment method when applicable.

Service Terms & Event Policies

All services provided by Luxoria Atelier are subject to availability and confirmation through written agreement. Event details, menus, staffing levels, and timelines must be finalized by the agreed deadline prior to the event.

Final guest counts provided by the client will be used for planning, staffing, food preparation, and billing. Increases after confirmation may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding dietary restrictions, allergies, venue requirements, and event conditions. While care is taken, Luxoria Atelier cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

When services are delivered at third-party venues, Luxoria Atelier is not responsible for venue-related restrictions, damages, delays, or limitations beyond its control.

Luxoria Atelier reserves the right to withdraw services or staff in cases of unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate conduct without obligation for refunds.

Luxoria Atelier carries appropriate business protections; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxoria Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the services contracted. Clients are encouraged to ensure that venues meet all safety, permit, and insurance requirements.
